2. Review & Return the following:

•  A Service Contract to review and sign

•  A clear Estimate of services and any travel fees

3.  Secure your spot

Pay the small Reservation Deposit via the invoice link or alternative Payment Options. 

The remaining balance is due when your therapist arrives. (flexible payment options available).

4.  Reminders

You’ll get friendly texts or emails 48 hours before, and again 2 hours prior to the start of your massage.

Client Intake :

 All individuals requesting Massage Services for the first time must answer a brief Health History Questionnaire to determine if Massage Therapy is indicated for your particular health status.

Choose ONE of the three methods listed below to request a massage: 

A. Online Client Registration Form

This form allows clients to provide enough information about their health history, lifestyle factors, and desired outcomes to guide your Massage Treatment plan. Step by step, answer questions that explore their overall health status, current or past injuries, medications, allergies, and parking instructions. Submitting the form does not guarantee an appointment. The therapist will review the form and contact you to schedule an appointment or discuss any health risks, prior to accepting the massage therapy request. 

B. Video or Phone Intake Consultation with Your Therapist 

This phone or video consultation gives you a direct, one-on-one opportunity to connect with your massage therapist before your session. It’s a relaxed conversation where you can openly discuss your massage needs, goals, and expectations, point out any specific areas of tension or discomfort, and share some basic health history details to help ensure everything is safe and appropriate for you. 

During this call, you’ll have the chance to: 

•  Clearly express what you hope to achieve from your massage

(like reducing stress, easing chronic pain, improving mobility, or simply relaxing deeply). 

•  Identify particular trouble spots or areas you’d like extra focus on. 

•  Provide relevant health information 

(such as injuries, conditions, medications, or preferences) so your therapist can customize the session and address any potential concerns. 

•  Start building a comfortable rapport with your therapist, helping you feel more at ease right from the start.

This option lets you share all the key details about your session or event upfront, such as the preferred date, desired length of the massage(s), number of participants, and the location/town where it would take place. You can also include any general questions you have for us. This gives us the information we need to provide you with a personalized estimate for the service and send over any necessary paperwork or forms to get things set up. It also opens the door for a more detailed conversation about your specific needs, goals, and expectations for the session(s)—including any particular areas of tension or focus, as well as some basic health history questions to ensure everything is safe and tailored just right for you (and your group, if applicable)

Our goal is to provide a personalized massage experience that meets your unique needs.

Once the therapist arrives, you will be provided a complimentary water to ensure hydration, along with the required Forms For Service. 

Repeat clients will have an updated Health History & Consent Form to check, sign, and date.  

Expect your therapist to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your massage to chat about your goals, and set up your massage area. All appointments are scheduled to start at the time booked through the scheduling app.

Once your therapist has assessed your paperwork with you, and you have had time to ask any questions about treatment, and only after treatment goals are reaffirmed, the therapist will advise how to get onto the table, and will then exit the room to wash their hands, and to ensure complete respect for the privacy, modesty and dignity of all persons getting onto the table.

Your Comfort & Modesty Come First

What to wear

Wear whatever makes you feel most at ease — from fully clothed in loose, comfortable attire to undressing to your personal comfort level (underwear, briefs, bra, etc.). Fresh linens and a plush blanket are always provided for warmth and secure draping throughout the session.

You’re in control

Many clients choose to disrobe partially or fully because it allows deeper, more effective work and the full benefit of creams, hot stones, or heated tools. Others prefer to stay clothed — both are 100% welcome and respected.

When I step out of the room:

•  Get on the table between the bottom sheet and top sheet

•  Adjust clothing to whatever level feels right for you

•  Pull the sheet and blanket up for full coverage

•  Simply say “Ready” when you’re comfortably settled

I will only re-enter and begin once you give the verbal okay.

Professional draping at all times

Only the area being worked on is ever uncovered, and then just enough for effective treatment. Everything else stays securely draped in accordance with national standards and best practices. Your comfort, dignity, and boundaries are my highest priority.

This is your session — relax exactly as you are.

If something is too deep, too light, or you want more time on a tight spot — just say the word and modifications can be made. 

You’re encouraged and expected to guide the session.

This is your time and your self-care. It should feel precisely the way you want — nothing more, nothing less.

 Your massage will be hands on for the full booked time. After we finish, please allow 10–15 minutes for breakdown/packing of equipment and final payment. This gives you the perfect window to use the restroom, pour a drink, or ease back into your day.

A quick check-in before I pack up

Toward the end of every session, a few minutes are always reserved to assess how your body responded and address any lingering spots. If you need (or want) a little extra work, I’m happy to add it whenever time and your comfort allow.

Payment is simple and flexible — one click on your invoice, or split into two payments if you prefer. The more often you book, the smoother everything becomes. Many regular clients leave the door unlocked, hop in a quick shower, and are ready to melt into the table the moment I arrive.
