Booking your first Event?
Below you will find the basic structure for how it works and what to expect!
Request Your Appointment and Connect with your Massage Therapist.
1. Submit your contact information to request an Intake Call or Massage Appointment using the Scheduling Tool.
Please include the following information in your inquiry under notes or follow-up via E-mail:
• The total amount of guests, -OR- the total allotment of time, -OR- your budget
• The town or general location of the event for the most accurate estimate
• If you require more than one therapist
• The nature of your event. (Corporate, Formal Gathering, Informal Gathering)
2. Review & Return the Service Contract & Estimate:
• Review, Sign & Return a Service Contract & attached Documents for service
• Accept the Estimate for Service
3. Secure your spot with a Reservation Deposit:
Pay the small Reservation Deposit via the invoice link or alternative Payment Options.
The remaining balance is due when your therapist arrives. (flexible payment options available).
The invoice will generate AFTER the Service Contract & Estimate are returned.
4. Reminders:
You’ll get friendly texts or emails 48 hours and again 2 hours prior to the start of your massage.
Depending on the length of service for each guest, will determine how much consent is required.
These PDF's will be attached to the Estimate & Invoice to allow everyone ample time to review before their massage.
A guest sign-up sheet will be attached to the Estimate and Invoice for you to distribute and accumulate an interest. Our standard signup sheet is time-based, which is preferred but not required, and allows each guest the ability to know when to arrive at the designated treatment space.
Expect your therapist to arrive 30 minutes prior to your event to set up, introduce ourselves and pass along any necessary paperwork.
• Clear a walkway to the desired room.
• Set the room to a comfy temperature
• Clear a 6×8 ft space
Once everything is set up, massages will follow the time schedule, or be free flow depending on the nature of your event.
Your Guests Comfort & Modesty Come First
What to wear
Table Massage : Wear whatever makes you feel most at ease — Depending on the nature of your event, guests can be fully clothed in loose, comfortable attire to undressed to your personal comfort level (underwear, briefs, bra, etc.). Fresh linens and a plush blanket are always provided for warmth and secure draping throughout the sessions where traditional settings are preferred.
Chair Massage : Wear whatever makes you feel most at ease. You will remain clothed through this session. Thick sweatshirts can remain on, but the effects of massage may vary with thicker clothing.
Each Guest is in Control
Table Massage: Many clients choose to disrobe partially for comfort, or fully because it allows deeper, more effective work, as well as the full benefit for our Ayurvedic herbal based cream, hot stones, or heated tools. Others prefer to stay clothed — both are 100% welcome and respected.
Privacy while getting onto the table
Each guest is afforded 100% privacy while getting onto the table.
• Adjust clothing to whatever level feels right for you
• Get on the table between the bottom sheet and top sheet
• Pull the sheet and blanket up for full coverage
• Simply say “Ready” when you’re comfortably settled
NOTICE: The Therapist will only re-enter and begin once you give the verbal okay.
Professional draping at all times
Only the area being worked on is ever uncovered, and then just enough for effective treatment. Everything else stays securely draped in accordance with national standards and best practices. Your comfort, dignity, and boundaries are my highest priority.
This is your session — relax exactly as you are.

What to Expect at the End of Your Session
Your massages will be hands on for the fully booked time. After we finish, please allow 15 minutes for breakdown/packing of equipment and final payment. This gives you the perfect window to use the restroom, pour a drink, or ease back into your day.
A quick check-in before I pack up
Toward the end of every event, a few minutes are always reserved to check in about preferences, things that were preferred or not preferred for complete guest satisfaction!
Easy, stress-free transactions
Payment is simple and flexible — one click on your invoice, or split into two payments if you prefer. The more often you book, the smoother everything becomes. Many regular clients leave the door unlocked, hop in a quick shower, and are ready to melt into the table the moment I arrive.
Each visit builds on the last — your preferences are remembered, your session becomes more personalized, and the entire experience gets even more relaxed and tailored just for you.
